How to apply for Public Bank debit card (Visa Electron)

It is quite imposible to shop on the net if you dont have credit card , am i right? , but now you dont have to have credit card to shop on the internet. Public Bank offers debit card for free.

This is steps for registration.

1. Go to Public Bank

2. Fill the form

3. Submit the Form

4. go home and wait for 2 weeks

5. Receive the notice letter

6. go to Public Bank again

7. Collect the card and topup the money for RM 25 minimum

8. And then u re done

Now you can shop on the net , buy e-books , ebay,amazon isnt that fun!!
